We have created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) because we value users’ privacy. The Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you access Wimlo mobile application (the “App”) or visit Wimlo.com (the “Site”). The Site and the App are collectively referred to herein as the “Service.” The Service is owned and operated by Agile Clouders, Inc. (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). Service users are referred to herein as “You” and “Your.”  This Policy covers the information we collect on or through our Service, or when you contact us for any reason. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any external website that may link to or be accessible from the Service. Please check directly with each such third party to avoid unfair surprises and misunderstandings.

 

Your use of this Service constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you may not use our Service. This Policy may change from time to time, and the date of last update is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of this Service after we revise this Policy is deemed to be acceptance of the revisions, so please check this page from time to time for updates.

 

 

2.      What information we collect

We may collect several types of information from and about users of our Service, including the following:

 

a.                   Name of parent, name of child, date of birth of child, zip code and child picture during registration is required.

 

b.                  Credit card information will be saved encrypted in Amazon to be used for school fund raising purposes.

 

c.                   Analytical Service usage information collected via statistics services. This data may include the Service pages you view and other similar information about your behavior on our Service.

 

We collect this information:

 

d.                  Directly from you when you provide it to us (e.g. when you contact us for any reason).

 

e.                   Automatically as you navigate through the Service. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.

 

 

 

3.      How we use your information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

 

a.                   To provide the services you requested.

 

b.                  To notify you about changes to our Service or any services we offer or provide though it.

 

c.                   To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service.

e.                   To send our newsletter but you can opt out of it.

5.      Children’s privacy

We are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children's privacy online. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to use our Service. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 14 and our service is not directed to children under 14. If we learn or have reason to suspect that any Service user is under the age of 14, we will delete any personal information in that user's account or use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent or legal guardian) to inform him or her that he or she cannot use our Service.

 

If you are a minor between the ages of 14 and 17, you have certain additional privacy rights in the information you submit to the Service. You may remove, or request and obtain removal of content or information that you post to or provide to the Service. You may do so by sending an email to support@wimlo.com .  Any removal of posted content does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information posted on the Service. It will become invisible to other users but may remain on Our servers for an indefinite period of time.

 

Collection of Automatic Information, Use of Cookies And Other Tracking Devices

We and our third party service providers, which include ad networks, analytics companies, may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Services, such as your browser type, your ISP or operating system, your domain name, your access time, the URL of the previous website you visited, your page views, your IP address, and the type of device that you use. We may also track how frequently you visit App or Site. We use this information (including the information collected by our third party service providers) for analytics (including to determine which portions of our Services are used most frequently, what our users like/do not like), and as otherwise described in this policy.

 

Cookies. We may collect information from you by using cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on user's computer hard drive containing information about the user. The cookie helps us analyse web traffic or informs us about your use of a particular website. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual, tailoring its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. When you use the Services, we may send one or more cookies (i.e., a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer that identifies your browser. Some of these cookies may be connected to third-party companies or websites. The terms of use of such cookies are governed by this Policy and the privacy policy of the relevant third-party company or website.

 

Disabling Cookies. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you disable cookies you may be prevented from taking full advantage of the Services because the Site or App may not function properly.

 

Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer's hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with the Services to, among other things, track the activities of users, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage.

 

California Do Not Track Disclosure. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals.

 

 

7.      Data security

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your sensitive information. Personal information you provide to us is stored on a password protected server accessible only by administrator. We adhere to the generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Service because any transmission of information over the Internet has its inherent risks. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, if any, confidential.

 

 

8.      Accessing and correcting your personal information

Please send us an e-mail to support@Wimlo.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us or to ask questions about this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse a request if we believe it would violate any law or cause the information to be incorrect.
